Question regarding unit retraining

Playing as the Crusader States in 6.4, year 1112 A.D., 13 turns into the game. First turn I recruited one unit of the Canons of the Holy Sepulcher. I wait 11 turns thinking I'll believe to recuit some more, but no go. I can't even retrain the ones I already have. Is there an event trigger that comes along that lets me retrain them. Does the same rules apply to Templar knights and Lazarus knights, etc.?

If you have BGR IV on, then you can't recruit them again until you have more than 70% religious support (Catholic) at least. Otherwise, I'm not sure.
