for resources you have to go into your descr_region (<--- I think) and add the elephant resource to the provinces of your choosing. Then make the Yubsen elephants recruitable by that faction (look in your export_descr_building file) and you should be more or less set.

Just wanted to point out that the Yubtseb elephants are only available in the campaign when you use the oliphaunt cheat unless you mod. And to use them in a custom battle you need to edit some files too. Found the instructions to do this here: http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...hlight=Yubtseb

It's best to mod them out of the game (simply commenting them out works.) The gladiator uprising is bugged in 1.3/1.5 and Oliphuants are one of the units that can appear when that happens.

Just remove the required_resource elephant or something like that from the recruitment menu and you don't have to add resources to a lot of regions.
