I found these three movies in my video store and wonder if anyone has seen them and would tell me if they are worth seeing?

But, avoid the film "Churchill: The Hollywood years" at all costs.
It is beyond awful

And about Vercingetorix : if it's with Christophe Lambert thenbaghaghh it's very very crap (sorry frenchmen but C. Lambert *)
Atilla wasnt that good. The battle between the huns and romans were rather disappointing. there were like 50 huns against 25 romans and 25 goths.

Ok, first of all, this Julius Caesar you need to see, Nobody beats Marlon Brando, period.
I just noticed and I am sad that this movie never ever been heard around in the USA or anywhere else, and yet I bought a copy in Hungary and it was an excellent one, featuring mongolian and chinese actors and the movie was shot in Mongolia. Far better than some cheesy Hollywood garbage.

Atilla was pretty crappy. I would not recommend it. I can't say I know a ton about the period, but I can say that the whole movie had a very cheesy feel to it.
Vercingetorix (Druids) Worst ancient movie I've ever seen.(Or movie for that matter) The fighting is horrid, and the plot is retarded. The only part I enjoyed was when they were sieging(sp?) a town and the women came to the walls and showed the legionaires their breasts.
There is a nice review that says everything that needs to be said about druids.

about Vercingetorix (A.K.A Druids), those screenshots should answer the question of wether you should see it or not...Originally Posted by Asterix

Well, let me allow to insist. Unless you want to see wether this is one of those "so bad it's good" movies, or are a diehard Lambert fan (in which case, I would strongly suggest medical help) forget about it ...
Druids is, without doubt, one of the worst movies I have ever suffered through in my life.Originally Posted by Sidus Preclarum

They certainly didn't bother doing much research, as the 'Romans' spend much of their time having orgies and the soldiers are all Hollywood First Century(ish) legionaries with rectangular scuta and segmentata. Perhaps they fell through a time hole to the Fifth Century. From a 21st Century L.A. props warehouse. Very silly ...

Unless your into self mutilation and torture dont even lay a finger on Druids.. just back away very slowly, and run out the door as fast you can.
Atilla is watchable. Kind of fun.
Julius Caesar is pretty sweet actually, battle scenes couldve been better, but I liked it.
Make sure to check out HBO's Rome though!
