Say they're scripture allows them to wear some kind of fur cloak outdoors if its particularly cold, but once indoors it has to come off.

This is hypothetical is reverse Islam world. Though perhaps it should be men doing this if it were a reversal. Women would be the dominant sex because God is a woman, like in Wicca I suppose. Lets just say either sex can do this.

But someone of this faith being completely nude would be the equivalent of a Muslim woman wearing the veil, most may wear a little bit of something. It just says something like "Virtuous are those who stand before me with nothing to conceal in their hearts or upon their persons" in their sacred book.
