Two new alien invasion movies, this time about a bunch of gang kids in South London and an alien invasion in Moscow.

the Darkest Hour
Now the US airforce and US marines get some competitions with crazy Russians and ... Londoners.
The Darkest Hour seems to be from the people of "Nightwatch" and looks slick and has some more "alien" concepts about the invasion (and some sensible ones like the aliens shutting off our power grids first and killing us later). The Attack the Block seems more fun movie though I don't know how serious the other one is seeing some parts of the trailer.

Well at least you can root for the aliens and cheer every time a gang member is killed.

The london one looks stupid too, but atleast its a comedy... and from the trailer I can honestly say I wont mind seeing the main characters die But good god... those accents, rofl

Makes a lot of sense actually. If they have FTL spaceflight capability, camouflage looks like a piece of cake. Hell, James Bond had that invisible car in that movie. Plus if they're some kind of energy manifestations, notseeing them would be realistic. Originally Posted by Fluttershy

The moscow movie looked good up until the aliens. Seriously... they would wipe everyone out before anyone figured out how to kill them... and I liked one of the comments. Its set in Moscow for a change but it still needs Americans to fight the aliens.
