- Any Member of the Roman Senate will be charged with High Conspiracy if they speak or write of retaliation, rebellion, revolution, & rioting against the Republic and/or it's People.
- Any Member of the Roman Senate will be charged with Conspiracy if they accept a Bribe, have knowledge of a Bribed Senate Officer, and/or have knowledge of a Person attempting to bribe a Member of the Senate.
- Military Legions, other than those controlled by an Elected Consul (excluding Pro-Consuls), shall not march or enter territory that is 10 mille passuums from the City of Rome.
- If a Person raises Legions, and has them march within the 10 mille passuums from Rome, they will be declared a Traitor to the Republic and the Senate will have full authority to exact swift Justice against said Person and there Legions by any means necessary
- A Pro-Consul is must relinquish a Senate Legion(s) given to him to Command by the Senate when an Elected Consul (excluding Pro-Consuls) believes said Senate Legion(s) have performed their task under the Pro-Consul.
