Few tips and questions

Hi. First question is, how long until 3.0 ?

I have idea, that muslim leader that conquers Constantionple should get trait with great bonuses, because of this hadith: Hadith of the Prophet -- Allah bless and greet him and his Family:

"Lataftahanna al-Qustantiniyya wa lani`ma al-amiru amiruha wa lani`ma
al-jayshu dhalika al-jaysh."

"Verily you shall conquer Constantinople. What a wonderful leader will her
leader be, and what a wonderful army will that army be!"

Because of this hadith, muslim armies were rushing to this "unbreakable" city.

Also I find pretty bad most of the time campaining, that I dont have enough governers, so there should be some system for recruiting them.

Where are special jihad units?

Will the Mongols be playable?

Will the Sultanate of Delhi be playable?

Why are the answars only recrutable in the Oman armies? Answars were the muslims who lived in Medina.

There are none specifically relating to the jihad game mechanic. The Ghurid's have lots of Ghazi's and most Muslim factions can recruit Mutatawwia warriors along the silk road as well as Askari nobles -- jihad supporters.

It would be nice though if a general under the banner of Jihad, had a special mercenary pool to access though.

Not without a late start date script I think.

Yes, just look here.

Why are the answars only recrutable in the Oman armies?

Faction unit diversity? the rationale is touched on in the unit card, giving the background for those particular Ansars of the time period 1174+

Ok, why are not mutatawwia warriors recruatable from some religious buildings? I mean, I dont want to be smart, but its not logical if religious warriors are recruitable from some trade building. I have also one idea for team members, Indian weapons were famous in Middle east, so it would be nice if you could send merchant far to India and put him on weapons trade resource, in that case you could for some reasonable cost, upgrade your melle weapons for your troops.

well we will change the AOR system to a better one which pearsent more units and for the indian swods yes we will use them for arabian units in the mod so wish us luck in the team

May wish to add them to the unplayable category in that preview link -- i think only rebels are listed there now.

There is such a possibility, we are working on compiling a list of such characters.

DS is listed as emergent faction, which in BC means unplayable.

What about historical imams and priests? Like Ebu Hamid al-Gazali, etc.

Will you be able to send your family members to hajj? It would be very nice if you could for some reasonable ammount of money send your family member to hajj, and that would make him unavailable for one year.
