A little help with compatabilty, and why isnt Ireland in?

First off, I just want to say that I LOVE Stainless Steel. Im on 28k Dial Up, and I downloaded the 6.1 version. Took me a year, but totally worth it.

Anyway, ive had my lady friend, who has proper access to the intrawebz, send me the Battle for the Baltic and the Basileia Ton Romanoi mods. I tried installing them both at the same time, and Stainless Steel just crashes when I try to play it. Are they completely incompatable, or can I wiggle around some stuff and get them to play together nicely?

And since ive recently found out about SS 6.4 and noticed this in Battle for the Baltic...

Why is Ireland so unwanted? I mean, it has as much right to be in the game as Portugal. Whats the reasoning for living Eire out? Im of Irish descent, and thusly, I have an inordinate love for crushing everything that moves in a tide of video game versions of my ancestors.

there is no Ireland because it has little impact to the world at the time, and there is a limitation on number of factions.
I love to have Ireland too (actually I am learning Irish language), but considering the balance of the factions, I understand why it was removed in the recent version.

They are totally incompatible.

Ah ok. Im new here and this is the first time ive used a message board system like this one, as dumb as that sounds. :-P If its alright to ask here, are there any plans to make them compatable?

And I had heard about the faction limitations, which is sad. I find it epic whenever some random faction suddenly takes over the world. In SS, I randomly came across, in my Kievan Rus play through, Scotland having taken over all of England, Belgium, and the Netherlands, and it looked like they were going after the HRE and Denmark hardcore.
