Diplomacy and tributes expenses coming out of nowhere!

[Primvs Sextvs Loverlord]

So I'm playing the 6.4 Early Campaign as Egypt (VH/VH) and for some reason, the game takes away 30,000 from my treasury every turn for "diplomacy and tributes". This has been happening for dozens of turns. Now I never made any agreement with any faction for such a long duration.

Because of these expenses, I'm making zero money every turn... Why is this happening?

It's impossible to start a campaign as a vassal. CA included a setting for it, but it just doesn't work

As for the first question, the problem began at a much later point in the campaign... I might be wrong but I think I'm a vassal to the Khwrazmians... Why? Does that mean I give they money automatically every turn?

As for BGR, I think it's off..


Edit: Okay, so I actually was giving tribute to the Khwarizmian Empire. Problem solved!
