    Default Campaign without Romans?

Is it possible to remove the Romans from the campaign like if they were destroyed? I would like to try a campaign without them to see who would be dominant.

Of course it is. You should ask in the Workshop; there you can find all kinds of people who can help with modding issues.

I mean like a cheat that could destroy a faction. In medieval 2 total war for example, there is a cheat where you would write surrender_settlements Milan. Which would make Milan lose all their settlements which would destroy the faction.

There's no such cheat in RTW, but you can write a script that runs at the start of a campaign within 10 minutes or so doing just that

    Again, Workshop is the place.

Yes, it's interesting. I'd root for Pontus/Egypt, britons: maybe.

Then again, Numidia MIGHT come on top as the dominant power..

Egypt probably. 99 times out of 100, Asia is taken over by them, and Numidia/Carthage don't have the strenght to compete with them for North Africa.
Europe would be probably taken over by Britannia, since the AI never attacks the British Isles nor Samarobriva.
Egypt vs Britannia, I'd bet on the first.
