Problem with .pack files....need help

Dear all,

I followed the tutorial of how to create a mod and I managed to make the .pack file with no CTD's. The problem remains that I can't see the effect of the pack file. I tried to change the number of azzar units to see if the .pack file works or not, I found out that it didn't work....I changed the pack file to movie and it didn't work, so I changed the pack file to a mod and adjusted the user.script and it still didn't work....please advise
