    Lex De Re Census et Publicani
    I. The Taxes in Arretium, Roma, Capua, Ariminum, Taras and Arpi be set to a fixed rate (normal).
    II. Rhegion and Corsica to pay minimum taxes until order can be brought to those cities.
    III. Additional taxes may only be levied with the express permission of the Senate.
    IV. All the current tax collectors of the Italian states be recalled to Rome, and investigated individually for stealing money from the state. All guilty tax collectors shall be charged and replaced.
