Shogun 2 Intro who made it and name of soundtrack?

Ok does anyone know who actually made the intro for shogun 2 total war? Was it creative assembly or a seperate company if so who?

Also does anyone know the name of the soundtrack especially where it starts playing at 1:17 where the monk comes through the gate? (As that part is awesome)

I have had a hard time looking for the answers above and so any info you can give would be really appreciated

Not sure about the intro music, but the soundtrack for the game was made by Jeff VanDyck.

We worked with Realtime:UK on the opening cinematic. Our guys scripted it and provided assets etc and the Realtime guys did a terrific job with the execution.

The music is indeed by Jeff van Dyck - and the soundtrack is now available on iTunes.

Jeff's in the studio today, actually - I'll tell him you asked and will ask him about the intro music, as I'm not sure if that bit's on the soundtrack or not.

Actually the intro is the first track, same name as the game.

You can tell the guys at Realtime as well that this Intro is the best cinematic you guys have done to date!

Love the bit where the chap drops into the snow and it just transforms, amazing.

We might do a "making of" of that opening cinematic at some point. There was a lot of work that went into it and a lot of very cool detail.

I guessing that this idea got put on a back burner along the way, but I find such "making of" videos totally fascinating. Maybe as a pre-purchase bonus in the next game?

I know this is an old post, but if you happen to see this, instead of having to get it "other ways" I decided to buy it on iTunes, keep in mind other than these 28 songs of this for 9.99 I have only bought 13 other songs of iTunes, I love Shogun 2 and cannot wait until Rome 2 is released, pre-ordering A.S.A.P.
