idk what that is sorry if you tell me i could find out for you
yeah if you want advice on video card upgrades you're gonna have to give us a little more info. Are you playing on a laptop? a desktop? what's you budget? Graphics cards usually cost between 70-300$.
desktop and im hoping i will only pay somewhere from 150 to 300 anything else you need to know
well, from that sparse bit of information I can say that this 'might' work. If you can get it in and running, chances are you could play S2TW on med-high settings. The first one is ~$80, the second is ~$180 and also would 'definitely' let you run shogun on the highest settings.

There are 2 ways that we can tell you what would work 'for sure.'
1. tell us the exact model name of your motherboard
2. tell us the exact model name of your current gfx card
i will try the best i can to get that info and thanks for the help and i have a link to find out the motherboard but idk where to find it could you look on it and help me out it would be great here is the link http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html

better to build one from scratch, or you are going to change the GPU and the PSU, the latter more probably than not

there are guides and videos on how to do that, but you have to tell us a budget, so we can put something for you. its fairly easy to build computers, very far from rocket science

IF your thinking of purchasing that machines
Ill tell you right now its utterfor gaming, thats just fact.
a 9500gt is so slow it cant even beat out the ANCIENT, Nvidia 7800GTX or ATI x1800 which are now nearly 7 years old. it agpu not ment for gaming sad but true
Now with that said if your going with the parts Jaketh outlined that WILL play games, wont be drop dead fantastic but it will allow you to play games, a whole hell of a lot better then that prebuilt POS you were looking at.
