I used this, seems to have everything there was no need to downloads anything else to do with Call of Warhammer. (except submods)

If you have 1.4 already installed i don't see any reason to re-download.

Follow these instructions:

1.4.4 Full English has the BETTER WATER Folder removed, But I forgot the descr_water, descr_water_effects, descr_water_interaction_effects
