    Default Question about legionaries

    So I have a question, I've been playing the Roman Campaign for SPQR v8.0 and I have Imperial Legionary Barracks in several cities (Capua, Arretium, etc) and the legionaries aren't an option for troops. Is this a glitch or do I have to restart the campaign again aha

    Marius reforms like they happen in vanilla Rome. In vanilla you couldn't get legionaries until the reforms, and this hold true here too.
