Factions in custom battles

May I know the whole list of factions available in custom battles and whether the faction list is exactly the same as that in the campaign. Also, are all units usable in custom battles?

I think all factions(including papl states and Timurids) are available, not sure about the rebels, so its different from the campaign, and yes, I think all units are usable in custom battles.

I think one or two factions aren't available in Custom Battles because of a game limit, so you have to take one or two out and put the others back in if you want to play as them.

Some units are available in Custom Battles that aren't available in the Grand Campaign.

What about Ireland? And are the Kingdom of Jerusalem and the Knights Templar seperate in custom battles?

Ireland and the Templars are no longer in SS. KoJ is called The Crusader States now.

Ok, to make it clearer, some units are available to some factions in Custom Battles that aren't available to those factions in the Grand Campaign.

French Foot Archer is one of them, quite weird to me since it was an important military reform to France.
