Hotseat 6.4, anyone care to explain?

Hello there,

I'm sorry to post as I hate it when people post new threads on forums when there's no need, as I'm sure is the case here, but I'm afraid I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to hotseat!
I've tried searching the forums high and low for what I want to know but I don't seem to be able to find it.

Basically, a friend of mine and I want to play Stainless Steel 6.4 together on my computer, in the same room and on the same machine and game disc. Could someone explain what we'd need to set this up?
I have 6.4 fully installed and working, I'm just not sure what I need to do next!

Ok...this thread http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=470322 helped me figuring out hotseat. If you need some more help, I'll do my best, but I'm sure one of those uber-modders can explain better than me. Good luck!
