Barely qualified because A) I didnt apply for the lottery to win places at the start. B) I didn't run for any position first term. C) Just because he was consul and censor plenty of times last YATS means nothing this YATS. I do believe I have exactly the same qualifications as Sophus, but more dignitas (Patrician class), more money, and not been accused of stealing money.
