What is the history of this? In 50 B.C Caesar began his march against Rome so can I assume men like Pompey and Crassus didn't exist? What about Marius and Cicero? The Verres prosecution? The Cataline conspiracy?

None of those personalities exist unless someone makes them exist. The context is this is Rome in 50 BCE and the field is open.

Right now what I could use the most help with is with mapping tribal positions on a map of Europe, especially in Germany, Britain, Gaul, Spain and North Africa.

I could help with that. I believe I have a book somewhere about just that topic. With that said, it could take months to put every little tribe. I am thinking you mean the major tribes?

So in Gaul it would obviously be the Helvetii, the Aeudi, the Boii, the Parisii and the Nervii with perhaps the inclusion of the Suebii and the Remi. Here is a pretty good map.

Well, for Britain you have the Picts and the Brythonics, shown below in blue and red respectively:

Dark Green - Averni
Light Green - Veneti
Camo Green - Parisii
Turquoise - Belgae
Beige - Helveti/Aeudi

Spain:
Brown - Gallaeci
Grey - Lusitani
Forgot to color - Celtiberi

In Africa I would imagine that the Mauretanians, without Marius to put them down, have grown rather strong.

So the names Written down on the Election thread. Does that mean we have those positions ?. Like for me and Ragan. Our chars are noted down for Tribune. Does that mean we have that position or we are up for it ?.

Basically what i am asking is that. Will their be a election or did we get those positions already for this term

The way I see it there should be a few wars going on right now:

An African war reminiscent of the Jurgurthine War

The normal tribal wars with Hispania and Gaul

A Mithradates-like war

There will be elections. If enough people don't sign up then some seats may have no contest.

Can we start using our money ?. And I assume everyone that joins are Senators ?. In that case how come we do not have the highest rank of Censor and the highest Reglious leader the Pontiff maximums ?

Yes, everyone is a basic senator. You may start purchasing things now.

Pontifex Maximus is a ceremonial position the senate can bestow upon someone who wants to RP Roman Religion heavily. Censor seems unnecessary until we have some ex consuls, but we'll see.
