    Icon5 How can i build dismounted chalvieric knights and such early on ?

    Hello, I was just wondering what do I have to change in descr events....Ive made it to where the armor events such as half_plate armor and what not pop up on my third turn...but it only lets me upgrade armor ...not train new units such as foot men at arms or mailed foot knights and such ? what do I do !

    I've been playing late campaign, which I recommend if you want to recruit any kind of interesting 'modern' unit in any reasonable length of time. You need a fortress and a maxed out (for fortress) barrack I think.

    EDIT : Mmh no, what I said was for feudal knights I think, my bad. Even in late campaign chivalric knights might come quite late. Full plate event mayhaps ?

    My guess as well:
    recruit_pool "Dismounted Chivalric Knights" 1 0.15 1 0 requires factions { denmark, } and event_counter FULL_PLATE_ARMOR 1
    recruit_pool "Chivalric Knights" 1 0.15 1 0 requires factions { spain, sicily, } and event_counter FULL_PLATE_ARMOR 1 and not event_counter first_watch 1
    Check the export_descr_buildings.txt in /data to learn more
