    Default budget/non gaming desktop suggestions?

My parents are replacing their computers finally, so I'm picking out a laptop and desktop for them. Got the laptop picked out already but I don't quite know which way to go with the desktop. They aren't gamers or video editors, so I just need something fast enough to surf the web and do decent multimedia stuff.

I'd prefer something between 4 and 600 bucks, and I don't really feel like building it myself.

Anyone tried those touchscreen all-in-ones? Looking at these two right now:

I'm actually going to replace my Dad's PC and like your folks this will be a non gaming setup. So far I have a Intel Pentium G620 2.60GHz (Sandybridge), Gigabyte Z68A-D3, 4Gb OCZ DDR3 1333Mhz, Intel 320 Series 40GB SSD and a 500 Gb hard drive and I'm reusing the case the and PSU which I bought for my Dad last year, the idea is to give my Dad a super snappy computer. I was using his PC last night and bloody IE 9/Firefox stutters and is unresponsive on XP with 1Gb, hopefully this new setup will get rid of that and will make everything super smooth and all honesty its only costing £250 for all the new parts.
