    Default What does it mean when a site is not encrypted?

    I think its a reason why I cant play a specific game online (not saying which1) but I would still would like to know.
    This is a A to B conversation, so C should stay out of it before D and E kick the F out of you.

    I believe it means that the infomation you send to that site, ie. Credit card details etc are not encrypted so anyone tapping your internet connection can view them.
    I think.
    Might be wrong.

    Well, If that is true. Every website is "not encrypted" so my computer is a car without a chassis?

    Why would you think that is the reason you cant play it. You need to provide more information if you want an intelligent answer.

    Well, I don't think it wont let me in because it does not think its a trusted site because of the non-encryption. But I don't know for sure...

    What you are probably getting is a certificate error, which is a very different screen. Again, specifics needed. Generalizations in tech support do not help.
