error msg when loading game

I just installed TATW 2.0, both parts 1 and 2, and also the 2.1 patch. im now getting an error whenever i try to run the game which says
"Windows cannot find 'kingdoms.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click Search."

I have run TATW previously (and it worked fine) so im not sure whats causing this issue and yes my copy of med 2 TW is ligit. the only difference is that im now running it from the E drive instead of C which I used last time. not sure if this would make any difference? i have kingdoms installed on the E drive also. i am not running any other mods apart from TATW, so dunno what is causing this issue…

any suggestions? =)

Reinstall it on C, if it has worked the last time it should also work now

But Seb could be right, for some reason (a registry entry?) the game could be searching for the exe in the old place rather than the new install path.
