Germany will be hosting the world cup of football (also known as soccer) this year. Preparations have been made, amongst these preparations are whorehouses.

Personally I think it's disgusting and it's a shame to see what Germany has become...

I think this is bad, but not because of prostitution, I jsut get peeved when I see society cater to the athletes...I cant stand that ish, it happens in america all the time too, though obviously not with euro football....usually with basketball and american football though, all the star athletes are catered to, its sickening. Why doesnt the chess team or the debate team have bimbo airhead cheerleaders and prostitutes? I cant think of anyone who needs a blowjob more than members of the chess team. The unfairness gets to me sometimes, so much that when I was in H.S. I constantly walked out of pep rallies and assemblies, even though technically I was still a minor and couldnt just leave any time I wanted. I did though, its not like me to be deeated by some arbitrary, stupid rule.

I remember this one time I was running through the hallway after (what I thought was) an unnoticed sneak out of the assembly, being followed by 2 hall guards, the dean and the school cop...I was running and hopping for joy going "Yay! hee hee hee hee! Cant catch me!" And I ran straight out the door, across the street and stopped for a smoke break. Lol...it was a friday so of course on monday, nobody cared what I had done.

This isn't high school football, you know.
The prostitutes are for the fans, not the teams themselves.

There will be hundreds of thousands of tourists coming into Germany for the World Cup; if they spend their money on officially licensed prostitutes, this will earn Germany a lot of money.
Plus, they won't get sexually frustrated, and spend some of their money on hookers instead of booze, which might lead to less rioting (which is a big problem with European fans).

well firsty I'm sure that when a women is given a chioce between the sterotypical chessplayer, a slouched 5 foot nerd with glasses thicker than his dick, or the sterotypical football player- square-shouldered likeness of hercules that drives a jaguar and has the hookups for popularity, a women would pick the football player.
Ofcourse we arent talking about people, but prostitutes, who have given up thier chioce and will screw anyone that thier pimp ( or I guess in this case the government) tells em' to. which brings us to my second point, no one is going to go to chess games. Prostitutes and ,semi-ironicly, cheerleaders, go to the places the crowd goes to. Prostututes becuase thier pimps or governments force them to go to where the money is, and cheerleaders becuase their soul has been absorbed by their clothing, which happens to be scant, and they do what they are told to do by thier popularity pimps.

Its nothing to do with what Germany has become, the majority of prostitutes will be brought in from outside the country and not always willingly. That is the major cause for concern.

Yeah, I agree with Drexx pretty much. Whats wrong with pimps though, whats wrong with the way America handles prositution...other than the whole "not paying taxes" thing and the "not regulated by government" thing? Pimp's and Ho's make their own government anyway, its kinda like a union, only usually less criminal. Seriously, what is the difference between a black guy with gold fronts, a cane, a green suit and a top hat and a white guy with a clean shave and a nice haircut, and a pinstripe suit? Not much, theyre both probably guilty of doing "bad things", they just answer to different masters. I think forcing the criminal underworlds to start paying taxes and contributing back to the community as best they can is a good idea, but then again, I also fear and kinda expect that if prositution, or drugs, or any other activity you can think of that is not regulated by government yet WAS made so that the government controlled them, it would be nothing more than substituting one group of bad guys for another. Isn't it all about controlling money? Isn't it all about gaining wealth? People are always gonna try to do that, no matter if theyre white and pay taxes and got a corporate job or if theyre Don "Magic" Juan and hustling to make another dollar.

Do you honestly not realize that if they're willing to go along with this, despite the regulation that allows them to walk away at will, then they must prefer it to the alternatives? This is legal prostitution, not a brutal pimp on the streets of New York City who will slit your throat if you quit.
