    Default An eagle of Rome

Hey guys, I got a question. In my parthian campaign, I've beated a roman army, and after the battle I got a message which said " your army has conquered an eagle of Rome, the eagle have been sent to your settlement Thermon" Now I ask, can I use this eagle? or what does it do?

As far i can tell you can't use it its just a symbol of your victory and disgrace for the defeated Roman army that loses it. If you have a general commanding i believe he gets 'taker of eagle of rome' trait which grants +1 to troop morale and political influence, well this is the case for the mod i'm playing extended realism.

Dude, it took me some time, but when you own all of the middle east and got a treasury of almost 4 million denarii it's boring to sit back and watch the romans detroy the poor poor barbarians. Btw I thought richfull Greece would be another nice part of my empire.

Well thanks for the answer guys!

I assume you mean captured an eagle of Rome, what it means is that you've destroyed (literally) a legionary first cohort.when you get it, it means that your general will get +1 command and you will get +1 command for each first legionary first cohort you kill until +3 command

You mean a guy that carries the eagle standard? No, just an eagle above your flag.
