    I really want to buy a new laptop, so I chose as a future notebook this:

    HP Compaq NX8220

    It offers a powerful workstation, and I really like the specs, except the part with the display and the frequency of the processor. So, here, in Romania, are the following specs:

    -2.13 GHZ Intel Pentium Mobile processor
    -512MB RAM(maximum: 2048MB RAM)
    -ATI Mobility Radeon x600(128MB card)
    -80GB hard disk
    -bluetooth and 3 USB ports
    -WIFI and WLAN Standard(802.11b port)
    -battery: 7 days standby, 4 days and a half work
    -display: 15.4 inches
    -docking station, guarantee 1 plus the posibility to extend it to 3 years

    Price: 1250 euros(about 1400 US dollars)

    That processor is a beast, when overclocked it can beat even the FX-57. I think the RAM and the X600 video card is its weak points, you can play all the games with that graphics card, but you gotta turn some stuff down a bit to medium.

    You can't overclock a laptop, not without some serious work. The laptop is a great one, however.

    Bad thing about it: I will only get it after my exams, in June.
