NATO combat forces were never in Iraq and involved in fighting, so they couldn't have killed anyone there.

I have many "Bosnian" friends. Many years ago, when they first came here as refugees, I asked one of them what was it all about, and who was the bad guys? As an American, i could never figure out what it was really all about, and why were they killing each other.
He asked that I watch the film "pretty village, pretty flame". That he felt it gave the best representation of what was going on. Well I watched it, and I when I saw him afterward, the only thing I could say about it was that I was even more confused. All sides were killing each other in horrible detail, and with seemingly meaningless motivations.

He then told me that was why he wanted me to see it.

That the day before the war began, he and his wife and his mothers family had a "cookout" with his lifelong neighbor, and childhood friend.

yet within the next day, after the "cookout" it was neighbor killing neighbor.

His point was that it was complete insanity.
