Well first why would you want to?
Ok, I'm sure you have a good reason. The question is how you installed it. Ideally, you created a copy of an RTW directory (your base) and then installed int that, in which case just delete that whole directory, then just use your base and create a new copy for a new mod. If you didn't copy, then I'm afraid the answer is the same, but you will then need to install RTW from scratch.
It is highly recommended to create a copy of a good unmodified installation, keep that unique and untouched, and then just copy it, and install mods into the copy.

Many of us learnt a long time ago to keep the R:TW install 'clean' and simply copy it somewhere else and use that for the mod. The original R:TW install in this state is usually referred to as 'vanilla' R:TW.
I used to uninstall and reinstall R:TW on a regular basis at first - a real pain when it was on three (3) CD-ROMs (the original R:TW 1.0).....
