FULL vs MANTANCE

In the ESF editor Mojor nations have "FULL" and Minor nations have MAINTENANCE listed in the 19th line i am curious as to what effect this has on the faction's actions. The 20th line of also looks interesting but again i am unsure exactly what it does any one know what these do?

This is related to campaign AI how the faction should behave. FULL factions have more lines, with more active behavior, where lesser factions are forced to maintain its provinces. This is the way how to make AI to not go wild with Saxony or Georgia and conquer the whole world with it.. (like it used to with RTW sometimes)

Hmmm it sounds like if i changed all the factions to FULL the game would be more intresting

More unhistorical then the Maratha conquering Anatolia? or the times i took over the entire known world as France, Russia and Sweden? As you can tell i love the sand box

From my experience, If you play France or Britain, you can subjugate Maratha as they did historically. If you dont, they attack others.
