Default Websites on IE/Firefox seem blank/no icons?

Lets start this ALLLLLL The way to the beginning. The malware known as ThinkPoint.

ThinkPoint would not let me go online OR into the Registry. So what I did is I went to Safe Mode, deleted a "hotfix.exe" file, and then in safe mode I was able to go on the internet, download Malwarebytes, and then destroy ThinkPoint from my computer for good.

Then, IE and Firefox afterwards were seemed blank, It still showed text, and pictures, but Icons and other flare are gone! I tried View and Settings on both, but nothing matches up. AND whats really messed up is the fact that Google Chrome is perfectly normal. So do ANYONE know a solution so I can finally fix this? I would also LOVE to show you a few pictures of some sites with the blankness, but I dont exactly know how. so if someone could show me that, I would be very grateful!

Shot in dark - re-download the latest Flash player for FF and IE and try again.

Try this, download CCleaner and run it, this will delete any cached files and force the programs to redownload them. Make sure firefox/ie are not open when you run it or you will have other problems. Ive had a similar problem in the past ironically caused by CCleaner when I ran with firefox open.
