That depends on what your perception of Jesus is.

But whatever your perception of Jesus is, the fact is that democrats and republicans are representatives of political structures (and of ideas that did not exist in his time) and Jesus does not seem to have concerned him with politics in much of any way whatsoever.
He was more concerned with the apocalyps and revamping (I would say strengthening) Jewish law.

Trying to fit him into one of the boxes we have today for our political movements is therefore absure. So neither.
