Can you increase the accuracy of onagers?

Try putting your general near them, that increases accuracy

If you are speaking of modding, I am unsure.

If you are speaking of the battle map, I can give advice at making the aim more accurate:

    • Normal stones are more accurate than flaming ones.
    • The range of the enemy and the onagers, plus the fact that the actual landing area varies, makes perfect aim impossible.
    • There are other weapons better for picking off troops, such as the ballista and scorpion.

Oh yeah, try not to place your onagers too far behind your main line- that is, unless you want to hit your own soldiers, which is unpleasent to say the least.

From my experiences with onagers, you can only fire and pray that it either hits the unit (unlikely) or plows through a nearby unit.

I think I read somwhere that you could change in the files that was something like
    Code:
    onager missile_seige
    into
    Code:
    onager missile
and making them more accurate by removing "seige"
though I have no idea what file it is

I've done a search on the forums that was more successful than my first attempt. I found it in the projectile .txt file under the accuracy section for boulder, flaming boulder, large boulder, and changed the accuracy into the negatives. I tested it in a custom game and it seemed to have worked very well.
