"Unable To Write To Launcher - 12"

I downloaded Roma Surrectum this morning, installed it all, following the steps. And it came up with "Unable to Write To Launcher - 12"

(Before someone goes "Search before Posting!!. I used this thread, and it didn't work)

Anyone know why it's doing this? And How to stop it?

First of all welcome to the forum. Did you really make the changes that the thread suggests? It may be that you are not running as an admin.
