I think you mean the Vice-Chancellor of Germany, who although born in South Vietnam was adopted by Germans as a nine month old baby. So... I see no problem.

There is nothing "smart" about taring down a well run healthcare system, which has its flaws but in comparison to anyone else's is offering great accessibility, offers the choice for private and public, and is rather cost-efficient.

Now to complement to things you don't know about is that he keeps on talking about replacing it with the Dutch system as if it is something great, but is a complete failure which kept none of its promises.

Its actually not smart. It only bases on people not knowing how bad it actually can get elsewhere and how good a system we have by design already. He is smart though, but IMO its all talk to get his cronies more doe.
