    That'll be a 'Sorry I don't know and can't help post' then?

I'd be quite interested in knowing exactly what this is too... anyone?

It's in the preferences file and has an option for triple buffer - true or false.

Thansk Lionskin - I'm off to peruse....

*..and having perused, I'm assuming that Triple Buffering set to True is the way forward, since it should improve graphics.

Tx for answering by giving me this complete definition of triple buffering but i would simply like to know 1 thing: does triple-buffer enabled increases framerate? (i'm on an athlon 64 3000+, geforce6600GT pci-e, 1go ddr ram,...).
Tx in advance to the guy(or the sweet girl who knows) who'll answer me clearly ;-)
