In that period and basically throughout Middle Ages it was exactly the other way around. Those were HRE lands and French PSFs on them (Burgundy, Provence, eastern Champagne). The border was traditionally (since Treaty of Verdun 843) Rhône and Saône but it was not always respected of course.
Not sure if that's even possible as mini-map is hard-coded as is. Only background and secondary colour can change (the famous no borders on minimap). What do you mean by neutral transgression scripts?Fort ownership is represented on the campaign minimap is it not? I remember that in DLV. And you've implemented the neutral transgression scripts?
