Is this the most complicated Mod ever made?

I mean seriously, I am now on my 4th or 5th attempt to make this work. I've downloaded it now from the 4th source.
Yesterday, I got it up and running, only for the entire thing to still be in Russian, despite downloading the English version and then manually downloading the English translation to see if that worked. To no avail.
Earlier today, I was ready to try something else, downloading it from another source, only for the install to ask me to, "Insert Disk 4", when I had all .bin up to 3, the 4th being the .exe.

In all honesty I'm on the last roll of the dice because it's pretty redicolous, no Mod is worth putting 3 days effort into just finding a reliable download link, nevermind all the other gumpf that has to be downloaded, deleting folders, editing codes, downloading voice-mods, etc.
The thing is a chore.

I'm just wondering, is it suppose to be this hard? I mean I'm computer literate (I done a 2-year A Level in Computing), it's just bizarre why nobody has just put everything into one folder and stuck it up on TBP or an actual file hoster that doesn't have a 400MB limit.
To be honest, I'm willing to pay someone a reasonable price, if they clean the Mod, put all the translations ready in the folder, delete all the left over files, put the voice and music-sub mods in, and make it so it's just a case of extracting and activating one .exe file, like every other Mod every made, every programme ever made.

Great, bully for you, but I have 3 different links that are the "Official English Version 1.4.4 or whatever it is, one is 1.6GB, the other 3.13GB and now the one I'm currently downloading is 3.55GB.
What was the one you used to get the actual English version not comrade speak.

i had a similar problem when i installed it on my C drive, i then installed it on my external drive and BAM everything is ok.

My game worked fine after the innital install, after that I started having issues.
The mod is big though, really big. It's bound to have some things to is that need to be ironed out. But it's also a fantastic mod. I'm hoping installation will be simpler in the future, or at least easier to track down whats wrong and fix it.

all in all though, its already an amazing mod, even if we're having trouble getting it to work. And I applaud the development team for it. I genuinely think at this point it's better than the majority of retail games I've played.
