February 2007
At the beginning of this period the CdeC consisted of
Ozymandias, rez, Publius, Lord Rahl, Ardeur, the Black Prince, Setanta, Garbarsardar, Reidy, Rolanbek, Nihil, Wilpuri, Ragabash, Belisarius, General_Sun, Perikles

Councillor movement.
During this period, Ozymandias' term expired (Feb 27th). Ardeur was fired by the Curator following a vote of no confidence by the remaining councillors for inactivity. Setanta's position was suspended for 1 week following a judgement against him by the CdeC. No new councillors have been elected in this period. Nominations remain open for two vacancies at time of writing.

During this period, Erich von Manstein was appointed a temporary councillor by the Council. Wilpuri, Ragabash, Belisarius, General Sun and Perikles terms expired and elections were held to replace them, and fill the two vacant seats, in which Perikles, Belisarius and General Sun were re-elected and Garbarsardar, Erich von Manstein, Ozymandias and Bulgaroctonus were elected.
