    What say you?

Do you prefer the wit, sarcasm, and charm of the Daily Show and Jon Stewart

    OR

The over-the-top, satirical, hilariousness of the Colbert Report and Stephen Colbert?

    I will chime in later...

Jeez, take it easy guys, if you couldn't tell the last two options were supposed to be humorous. Don't go proving my sarcastic option precisely right!

And on the topic, I'd like to know why people would vote option 4. Hopefully, it's because of a legitimate reason, like for instance if you just don't like the brand of humor either man uses...but if you vote 4 because you're a Republican or conservative...then you have issues. Self deprecating humor can be the best kind...

Well I think they are both funny (at very specific times), but completely stupid and a waste of time to watch. So I voted neither

I just like the Daily Show.

Colbert's comedy really doesn't appeal to me too much. I get the joke, it just seems like a knock-off of the Daily Show.

No, this week in god is someone else, can't remember the name though.

I like the Colbert Report at the moment, only because the Daily Show seems to be in a slump lately. And I'm a personal Fan of "The Word". But I voted #3 all the same. John Steward can pwn Stephen Colbert in his good days, and I have the feeling that Colbert's style is going to get old sometime soon, much like John Stuward's has.

While I certainly do love and enjoy both of them, I think the Daily Show is better.

It's kind of like choosing between Christmas and Thanksgiving. Both are days I enjoy 2 huge delicious feasts, Christmas has presents too.

I used to love the daily show. Today, to me atleast, the dialy show has seemed to have gone far downhill. John is no longer as funny as he used to be, and he lost all his funny reporters ( like Colbert). Colbert show on teh other hand is on the rise. I have to say that he hasent had as good of an episode as the first one, but he is still fresh and still funny.

Ive had a sleeking suspicion that sterward wants to hand over the job of comedy central news comedian to colbert, and maybe even helped colbert get his studio.

Isn't Stewart supposed to take over the Late show after Conan leaves to replace Leno?

    i chose daily show
i kind of like it more that colbert is gone. I like him, but the new people and segements brought in in place of him are just gold (the trendspotting is awesomely hilarious)
also colbert needs a plug on every single episode of the daily show, proving that he is just capitalizing on a former job

the daily show needs to bring steve carrell and mo rocca back
    they were amazing
