    Default 4 Roman Factions

Aside from keying in "super_faction romans_senate" is there anything I need to do to make the roman factions adhere to a forced alliance until the triggers for the civil war have been met?

I have been trying to make Roma Surrectum 1 works with 4 roman factions, for personal reasons, and ran into a snag. About 40 turns in, the Scipii faction attacks mainland italy (all of which beleongs to the Senate, from the Alps to the toe) without a declaration of war, the alliance between all the Romans is intact, and it seems the Senate is unable to attack, as am I when clicking on the Scipii. There is no message stating that the Scipii have been outlawed, and the game continues on as if no war occurred. Shortly after, the Julii faction lands an army on Italy as well, and begins to attack the senate.

This oddity presents some issues with what I am trying to accomplish with the game.

Have you restored the scipii/julii to the roman culture?
