Game goes back to menu
I have version 1.5 and I want to play the basic Rome: TW multiplayer.
So I select Multiplayer, Change CD key and I type my CD key.
Than I click Online Battles and enter my player name.
Than I see inscription: xxx Logged on successfully.
After few seconds game goes back to multiplayer menu, where I have Online Battles, Change CD key, etc.
What's wrong?

That happened to me but with the campaign
Have you changed any files if so let us look

Probably an error in descr_strat, this won't have anything to do with multi player.
Check your log for entries with [error] in the line, in this case it is usually well documented.

But I have few descr_strat, so in which I should look for error?
And one more question: where I have log? Is this descr_strat?
I am not special - I am a limited edition.

The applicable descr_strat should be in this folder: C:\...\Rome - Total War\data\world\maps\campaign\imperial_campaign
Log = sorry, I was mixing this up with Med2

I found this file, and search word: error, but I didn't found this word.

Add -show_err to very end of your shortcut then do it again. The next time you exit you'll see an error message fix whatever it says the problem is.
