First of all welcome to the forum.
Please explain what you are referring to. Is there no shortcut for the launcher?

i have the launcher but when i try to play i will get the first screen then i will crash to desktop

Does it crash or minimize? What OS? Try turning things like Aero off if you have it. If that doesn't work, some more details on which version you are using (RTW, BI or Alex) and how/where you installed to.

it crashes right after the the screen that say roma surrectum 2 and i am running it on bi 1.6

Do you have the -show_err switch on the launcher?
Does R:TW BI run OK on your PC? Did the version you copied for RSII work?
Please post your PCs specs - or simply run dxdiag save the output and attach to this thread (use the 'go advanced' button to be able to attach a file).
