    Default force diplomacy

Playing as the Reunited Kingdoms, I've been betrayed by Rohan, and I can't continue my game because now everyone is in an alliance against me...

So I was wondering if there was a solution against that? I mean, I've been helping Rohan, fighting battles with them and giving them back settlements they lost...

I know there is a mod called "forced diplomacy" used in many other mods (EB, Roma Surrectum...) : would it be possible to add it to FATW? and if yes... how?

    thanks.

Huh? Why can't you continue your game? It's Total War after all, usually everyone is fighting the player.

Anyway, yes there is (or was) a force diplomacy mod that can be used with FATW (or perhaps it is the same mod you're talking about). Some folks around here have used it.

This post details how to add 'force diplomacy' to almost any R:TW mod. Don't forget to make backups just in case.

I have similar problem. Script from acci_dent is working, but is there something similar, but without agreeing on everything?

Well, of course you've to use the script it with some reason. I don't think there's some better mod out there, AI is stupid and will ever be. AI doesn't accept most favourable things, even if at the brink of destruction.

    What a pity
I'm not so good of Rome to know, what conditions are favorable for both factions.

just pretend the throne of Rohan has been upsurped by Grimma wannabes, and just plant the banner of the white tree to replace them

Well, let me give you some examples:

Playing RK or Rohan, I wouldn't suffer the other one to betray me on the first chance. This is more due to lore than gameplay, but this often ends up in a two-front war for the AI (and you) and the AI is unable to fight of the player and Harad/Dunland.
Also, usually AI is stubborn to accept a ceasefire, although they're almost destroyed. Sometimes they won't even accept tribute or a region you offer to them. For example if I (playing Rohan) captures Calenhad or Minas Tirith from Adūnabār/Harad I'd offer it to the RK, but sometimes they won't accept this.

What you shouldn't do is, of course, demand a tributes all the time, or regions, or them becoming protectorate.
