How to create a new family member (ala me) :)

Hey guys. I've looked everywhere but I cannot seem to find where the tutorials on how to add a new family member to the descr_strat file are. Ive not done this in ages and I am using a new laptop. So I dont have my old favourites saved from old Firefox. Cant find them anywhere on google or anything.

Ive tried it myself but keep coming up with an error. Ive changed the name text files adding Terrasidius to the lists and tried to edit the strat file as best as I can remeber but I need those tutorials.
