Hello everybody,
As you can see i am newer but I have had an idea for quite some time. Here is the starting point for a potential mod:

Name: Roma Nova
Game Engine: Medieval 2 Total War
Timeframe: 280 B.C. - 14 A.D.
Factions: 21+ Rebels so 22
Many Units and Cities
Big Map
AS HISTORICALLY ACCURATE AS POSSIBLE!!!!!!
Named and Numbered Roman Legions similar to Roma Surrectum
(Will Post Details Below)

(Need help with modding positions im only good for ideas and research. need somebody willing to be a leader, artist, skinner, scripter etc) so far this mod is as big as this post!!!!

For the 21 faction slot I would suggest either SPARTA!! or Pergamum. sorry about the large lettering on sparta i'm a bit of a spartan fanatic

Europa Barbarum 2 is doing the same thing, from what i can tell, and may have named and numbered legions. The EB team utilizes numerous scripts to make gameplay as historically accurate as possible.

Sparta is a possibility... maybe once this idea starts going we can have a poll or something. If anybody has a suggestion on the 21st faction give a valid and historical reason why it should be included. Also i know EB is coming out with a second one but thats the only mod for roman times regarding medieval 2. it looks very interesting and fun! but i want to see where this can go that way people in the future have a choice. but we will see so far this mod is just a thread in a forum haha
