Ok, I have literally tried fixing this problem for almost a year and a half now. Here is how my router situation is set up.

I have a desktop, and a 2 laptops hooked up to my Linksys WRT310N router.

The desktop has a network adapter, "Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller". It has 4 GB of ram, and a quad core processor.

My laptop is an ASUS G51VX Series. Has 4 GB of ram and it has 3 network adaptors listed under device manager.
1."Intel(R) WiFi Link 5100 AGN"
2."Microsoft Virtual WiFi Miniport Adaptor"
3."Realtek TRL8168C(P)/8111C(P) Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC (NDIS 6.0)".

The problem is that whenever the desktop is turned on or connects to an online game, my laptop loses internet connection either briefly or all together and I have to reset the modem/router to reconnect. If the desktop is off, I can run 6 or more laptops on a wireless connection without any problems watsoever. But as soon as the desktop is turned on, bloop, there goes the internet for anything wireless.

If anyone can find a solution to this I would most certainly appreciate this, I've tried so many things and I've pretty much given up. If you guys need any more information just ask. I will gladly give it to you.

Thanks in advance for trying.
