How to?

I"m kinda new to the game, but I was wondering...How does one change the capital of its empire? I've seen it mentioned multiple times, but no one mentioned how to change the capital.
I'm playing Portugal in vanilla, and I wanted to change capital to Leon or Cordoba, instead of Lisbon (I own all of Iberia and Moors territory)

When you click on a settlement to display it's details you will have an icon on the left hand side of the menu of this page. Click on this to set the settlement as your new capital.

Open building/recruiting window of city which you want to make a capital. Next click show more info about city (it's on the left if I remember good) and there should be button which lets you make this city capital.
