    Background I was looking through the rule book, and there I saw a serious flaw I made.
    I had just distinguished the units solely on their roles, but not on quality, training, and investments.

    Another issues requiring consideration was the recruitment, Imagine the consequences of 1 point=1 regiment system for smaller powers. Therefore, the solution that I came up with is in two parts, one, to classify the soldiers into types, two, fix modifiers for every unit along with the cost per regiment of that unit.

    The tiers for the units are,
    • Superior
    • Unique
    • Professional
    • Regular
    • Levy

    The modifiers are,
    (CLASS) + (ARMS) + (EQUIPMENT) + (MOUNT, if any) + (EXTRA ARMS, if any)


    LEGEND KEY
    Melee Infantry
    Ranged Infantry
    Heavy Cavalry
    Light Cavalry
    Ranged (Missile) Cavalry



    SUPERIOR

    • Halberdiers : (C+A+E) = 2+0.3+0.2 = 2.5
    • Musketeers : (C+A+E+XA) = 2+0.4+0.1+0.2 = 2.7
    • Caracole Cavalry : (C+A+E+M+XA) = 2+0.2+0.3+0.3+0.3 = 3.1
    • Demi Lancers : (C+A+E+M+XA) = 2+0.2+0.2+0.2+0.2 = 2.8
    • Hussars : (C+A+E+M) = 2+0.2+0.1+0.2 = 2.5







    UNIQUE
    • Zweihänder : (C+A+E) = 1.5+0.3+0.2 = 2
    • Longbowmen : (C+A+E+XA) = 1.5+0.3+0.1+0.1 = 2
    • Janissary : (C+A+E+XA) = 1.5+0.2+0.2+0.2 = 2.1
    • Winged Hussars : (C+A+E+M+XA) = 1.5+0.2+0.2+0.3+0.2 = 2.4
    • Cossack Cavalry : (C+A+E+M+XA) = 1.5+0.2+0.1+0.2+0.1 = 2.1
    • Cossacks : (C+A+E+M+XA) = 1.5+0.3+0.1+0.2+0.2 = 2.3







    PROFESSIONAL
    • Pike Infantry : (C+A+E) = 1+0.2+0.2 = 1.4
    • Landsknecht : (C+A+E+XA) = 1+0.2+0.2+0.2 = 1.6
    • Crossbowmen : (C+A+E+XA) = 1+0.3+0.1+0.1 = 1.5
    • Knights : (C+A+E+M+XA) = 1+0.2+0.2+0.3+0.2 = 1.9
    • Mounted Crossbowmen : (C+A+E+M+XA) = 1+0.2+0.1+0.2+0.1 = 1.6






    REGULAR
    • Swordsmen : (C+A+E) = 0.5+0.2+0.2 = 0.9
    • Armored Lancers : (C+A+E+M+XA) = 0.5+0.2+0.2+0.2+0.2 = 1.3
    • Light Cavalry : (C+A+E+M) = 0.5+0.2+0.1+0.2 = 1
    • Dragoons : (C+A+E+M+XA) = 0.5+0.3+0.1+0.2+0.2 = 1.3
