MAC?

Hello everyone. im desperately looking for a lotr mod. I have the feral version of RTW-Gold (BI but no alexander) is there anywhere i can get one? its driving me nuts. love to figure it out. thanks in advance.

Most mods come in .exe files which mac can't open. I don't believe there is any mod (at lease LOTR) available for mac. There are two things you can do. One is find a program that lets you run Windows on mac. or the harder one is to hand install the mod by getting the files that come with the mod and putting them where they belong. otherwise i dont believe its possible

hey thanks for your reply. yeah i would rather do the latter. im savy enough to mod by hand and ive been doing it for a while. the only problem im having is i cant find any mods without the installer or any mac programs to extract from exe. i could find my way around a mod folder though...

I guess what you could do is PM the creator of whatever mod you want and ask him for the files that come with the mod. If he is willing then all you need to do is put them where they belong

There is a rar version of TNS 2.6 Full, which you simply have to extract (and put the extracted files in the correct folder)... There are installation instructions for that in the Mod Info thread.
